Blancpain revisits Air Command collection along with two flyback chronographs

Blancpain further enriches its Air Command collection with 2 new vintage-inspired chronographs. Paying homage to the brand’s identifiable 1950s chronograph models, the brand new models are available in two various case sizes: 42.5mm and 36.2mm.
Exuding a vintage feel and aviator style, these types of watches are crafted from satin-brushed titanium with camouflage eco-friendly accents from the dial towards the leather strap. The viser, also crafted from titanium, includes a bidirectional rotating mechanism, whilst a black ceramic board insert breaks up the tonal color scheme with a practical touch. The bezel marks complement the Arabic numbers and tachymeter on the switch, with a soft yellow color adding to the vintage charm.
Visible with the open caseback, the 18 carat gold oscillating weight is actually shaped like a vintage aeroplanes propeller - another jerk to the model’s aviation traditions and history.
Both Air Command Flyback Chronographs are powered through automatic movements, the F388B for the 42. 5mm product and the F188B for the 36 2mm model.
