Trong thời gian gần đây, tình hình dịch tiêu chảy cấp ở heo trở nên phức tạp và nguy hiểm hơn nhiều so với những năm trước đây. Các chương trình tiêm phòng bệnh và các biện pháp hỗ trợ, trộn kháng sinh vào trong thức ăn… được áp dụng hầu hết ở các trại nhưng bệnh vẫn xảy ra liên tục và gây thiệt hại to lớn cho người chăn nuôi heo.​

1 Cơ chế gây bệnh:​

Virus tiêu chảy cấp lây nhiễm trực tiếp qua phân, dịch tiết từ mũi, chất ói heo con, qua sữa mẹ. Lây nhiễm gián tiếp từ các phương tiện vận chuyển, xe và người vào bắt heo. Virus tiêu chảy lây nhiễm vào cơ thể và nhân lên trong các tế bào nhung mao ruột non dẫn đến hư hại, giảm khả năng hoặt động của men tiêu hóa trong ruột, từ đó giảm khả năng hấp thụ dinh dưỡng và nước. Heo chết do thiếu năng lượng, tiêu chảy mất nước.

2 Triệu chứng , bệnh tích tiêu chảy cấp:​

Triệu chứng thường gặp:
-Heo con gầy, tiêu chảy chảy phân lỏng, màu vàng nhạt
-Heo con thích nằm trên bụng mẹ
-Heo con tiêu chảy mất nước tới chết
-Rất nhiều ruồi trong chuồng nuôi
-Heo nái tiêu chảy
-Phân trong chuồng heo nái nuôi con có mùi rất hôi. Rất khó dọn sạch.
-Dạ dầy tích sữa không tiêu, niêm mạc ruột bị bào mòn, xuất huyết nặng

3 Phòng bệnh:​

Để phòng dịch tiêu chảy cấp ta thực hiện các bước sau:
– Bù nước và điện giải cho heo bằng sản phẩm ĐIỆN GIẢI – ORESOL + C
– Sát trùng chuồng trại thường xuyên 2 NGÀY 1 LÂN bẳng GLUBENZIL để
ngăn dịch lây lan.
– Giữ ấm chuồng, tăng nhiệt độ chuồng heo con lên 2-3 độ
– Cho uống bổ sung kháng thể tăng khả năng phòng bệnh

4 Phác đồ điều trị:​

Phác đồ điều trị hiệu quả dịch tiêu chảy cấp trên thị trường:
– Sử dụng 1 trong các sản phẩm sau để điều trị hiệu quả:
+ ENRO 10%: Liều 1ml/ 10kg TT khi heo bội nhiễm E.coli và Salmonella.
+ TIÊU CHẢY CẤP: Liều 1ml. 10kg TT khi heo bội nhiễm E.coli và cầu trùng.
+ AMOXGEN LA: Liều 1ml/10kg TT ( thay thế cho Enro khi đã nhờn k/s).
– Sau khi heo khỏi bệnh bổ sung ENZYM Plus và BETA GLUCAN AD3E
vào thức ăn để tăng khả năng tiêu hóa và hấp thụ thức ăn, hồi phục lông
nhung đường ruột và cân bằng vi khuẩn có lợi.
– Tiêm BUTASL B12 (1ml/10kg TT) giúp tăng quá trình trao đổi chất giúp heo
mau hồi phục
– Sử dụng sữa cao cấp ROMILK thay thế sữa heo mẹ hòa với nước ấm tỷ lệ
1kg với 6 lít nước cho ăn thành nhiều bữa trong ngày.
