Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking a lot about how AI could actually help our business instead of just being a buzzword we mention in meetings. Right now our marketing and support teams spend a lot of time writing repetitive responses, creating standard reports, and organizing feedback from customers — it feels like half of it could be automated. We tried a few basic AI tools, but the results were inconsistent and didn’t integrate with our internal systems, so people still ended up doing most of the work manually. I’m curious if anyone here has taken the step toward more advanced generative AI services? What was your experience like, and did it actually save time or improve quality in your workflows?
